RUN BETTER is a course designed & led by a qualified Physio, to correct technique, reduce pain, and make your running more enjoyable.
Come and learn the skills in a fun and welcoming atmosphere so that you can run long and strong for the rest of your life.

Whether you’re a new, returning, or experienced runner, this session will help transform your technique & entire approach to running, back to the way you ran as a child – free, easy, effortless & fun!
What to expect?
- Learning the skills and corrective drills you can apply in your running program to improve the way you run
- Background theory on why we run, the way we run & basic running anatomy
- Advice on prevention & management of common running injuries
- Running shoe guide – a chance to explore the many available options & learn how to choose the right shoe for you
- Total running during session: 2-3km
- Post session contact via email to ask questions, give feedback & update on progress. A list of great resources & readings will also be provided to further assist you on your running journey.
